Plans for building the platform from scratch

Currently there is an MVP of the RODNIK.io, built in Notion as a workspace, actively used within our company to manage orders.

RODNIK.io MVP in Notion

  • Includes approximately 70 databases for all business processes: поиск, инспекция, финансы, задания для сотрудников и пр.
  • Automations, checklists and data relationships are fully configured.
  • The system MVP is 90% complete and actively used to run the business.

However, Notion has limitations

  • Cannot implement complex features and important functionality.
  • Limited flexibility for access management and user permissions.
  • The Notion workspace works for internal operations but cannot support a scalable ecosystem for external users.

Building the platform from scratch

Building from scratch is necessary — no-code/low-code tools cannot meet the platform's functional requirements.

  • Full flexibility: no limits on feature implementation.
  • Scalability: architecture built to handle large volumes of users and operations.
  • Data control: full ownership of data storage and security.
